Static Mixers
Chemsys Static Mixers are in-line units with no moving parts. The product consists of stationary mixing elements inserted in a length pipe. Each element is built up from corrugated plates forming open, intersecting channels. In these channels fluid flow is split into subflows, which are repeatedly changed in direction & reunited, thereby achieving intermixing in the radial direction. This results in homogeneity of concentration, temperature & velocity over whole flow cross section.
